Halaxy Set Up Package

$495 inc. GST

For those just starting out in private practice, we offer a setup solution that gets your clinic up and running without breaking the bank.

What’s included

  • A 1-hour pre-setup Zoom session to discuss your business needs and priorities

  • Setup and customisation of your client database, including:

    • Up to three (3) customised client intake forms

    • Up to ten (10) standardised templates (emails, clinical notes, etc.)

    • Fee table setup (up to 30 separate fee types)

    • Automated client reminders

    • Customised invoice header template

    • Configure business and clinic information and hours

    • Configure online booking capabilities if required

  • A 1-hour post-setup Zoom session to walk you through your customised system (recorded and shared with you).
