Administration Support Role (Virtual/Online)
Part-time/Casual, Queensland based

Work for yourself, not by yourself, and help us support Australia’s mental health professionals from your home office.

Virtual Vibrance supports mental health practitioners in private practice and is the go-to online agency for the business admin, social media, and web design needs of our private practice clients.

We are looking for our next Queensland-based, detail-oriented, proactive admin superstar to support clients with high-quality virtual administration services. This role will be home office-based and would suit school hours.

In the role, you will manage emails, schedules, and client databases, maintain Halaxy and Xero systems, and assist with executive tasks like automation, invoicing, and report generation, all while keeping operations running smoothly for multiple businesses.

You’ll bring:

  • 1+ years Mental Health admin experience

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Confidence with Microsoft and Google workspaces

  • Experience with Halaxy and Xero highly regarded, though not essential
